At Les Habitudes, every garment is carefully selected and often one-of-one. Many pieces in our collection are archival, vintage, or delicately constructed couture garments that require thoughtful handling and packaging. We take great care in preparing each order to ensure it arrives safely and securely.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Methods
We ship using reliable carriers and tracked delivery services to ensure safe transit.
All shipments include tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package from dispatch to delivery.
Shipping options are available at checkout based on your preferred delivery speed.
Insurance & Signature Confirmation
To protect both our clients and our inventory, all orders with a value of $100 or more will automatically be shipped with insurance and signature confirmation required upon delivery.
This policy helps ensure that valuable garments arrive safely and are received directly by the intended recipient.
Insurance protects the shipment during transit, while signature confirmation provides an additional layer of security and delivery verification.
For orders under $400, standard tracked shipping will be used.
Delivery Responsibility
Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier:
- Customers will receive tracking information to monitor delivery progress.
- It is the customer's responsibility to follow the tracking and coordinate delivery if necessary.
- Les Habitudes is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or damage that occurs during transit once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
If signature confirmation is required, someone must be available to receive the package.
Packaging & Garment Care
Many garments in our collection feature delicate fabrics, hand-beading, or archival materials. Each item is packaged with care to protect the structure and embellishments during transit.
While every precaution is taken during packaging, Les Habitudes cannot be responsible for any changes, wear, or structural shifts that may occur during shipping.
Domestic Shipping
Orders placed through our website are currently available for delivery within the United States.
Shipping rates and delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
International Orders
At this time, international orders cannot be placed directly through our website.
International clients interested in purchasing a piece from our collection are welcome to contact us directly to arrange shipping.
